Abstract
Second half of a talk by David Grey Remington. Remington was the Chief of the Cataloging Distribution Service for the Library of Congress. He gave a talk at the Library of Congress in 1983 on Libraries in Electronic Publishing: Publishing, Information, Delivery, and Library Service Converge in the New Optical Disk Technology. He then worked as the director of Pend Oreille County Library.
