"Presented to the Board of the Society, April 14, 1954, for transmittal, in duplicate." Relander begins by saying there are many possible documents relating to Fort Simcoe in Washington, D. C. Stories for publicity were written by the committee members. Duplicates were created by students and given out. Relander also discusses where to store material related to Fort Simcoe. Committee members have the material to write about Fort Simcoe, and two pamphlets have already been created.
