Abstract
"Know ye, that in the name and under the auspices of the Grand Parlor of the Native Sons of the Golden West, and by virtue of the authority in me vested, I do hereby appoint George W. Stewart District Deputy Grand President, in and for the County of Tulare and he is by virtue hereof invested and clothed with the powers enumerated in Article VI, Grand Constitution, and the Subordinate Parlors in said jurisdiction are requested to extend to him the respect and assistance due his authority."
