Abstract
"1947 has been truly a year of progress for Yakima. Yakima Avenue has been completely modernized -- new pavement, new lights, new railroad crossings and no overhead wires. To all the agencies and organizations responsible for these improvements the members of the Chamber of Commerce are grateful."
