Written by the Yakima Indian Rodeo Association. "Since before the advent of 'civilization' into the Indian country around White Swan Indians have gathered together for events similar to our 'rodeos' now. Sometimes only horse races were held and other times 'Round-ups' were held with bronc bustin' the main feature of the program."
