Abstract
Announces a special meeting "to vote in hundreds of new members of the Pioneer Association of the State of Washington, and to vote on a new by-law. Two of the new members to be voted in are Governor Dan Evans and Bing Crosby, both descendants of Washington pioneers. The Governor's father is a member. Bing Crosby has sent his autographed picture inscribed to the Pioneer Association of the State of Washington."
