Abstract
For release in the newspaper, "atomic reactor heat will be used in buildings in a new production area at the Hanford plutonium plant." The last stages include leaving the radioactive water in a retention basin until, "the radioactivity almost completely dies away," and then putting the water back into the Columbia River.
