Abstract

Response to a letter from the Regional Director of the Bureau of Reclamation, which states, "...these four public districts having water rights on Kern River purchased from the United States for a lump-sum cash payment the perpetual right to store their irrigation water in Isabella Reservoir when and to the extent that the storage capacity of the Reservoir should not be needed for flood control purposes."
