Abstract
Relander sends Jack Park, with the Grant County PUD, a proposal that the Tour Center be expanded "because of potential increased expansion of Wanapum Dam hydro-electric production." He suggests a flat fee fir a consultant and then describes what the consultant would do; primarily several sculptures and audio recordings of Indian songs and dances. It is clear Relander wants to fill the consultant position.
