Abstract
While planning a trip to California, Relander writes Robert Ries and Max Folsom with the Grant County PUD, since he is planning for the trip to be related to the sculptures he is planning for Priest Rapids Dam. He requests authorization for making contacts for "a minimum charge to the PUD." Relander also gives two options on how to proceed.
