Abstract
Relander writes to Robert Ries, project engineer for The Grant County PUD, about a work by Dr. Hussey. He suggests that Dr. Hussey visits during the Centennial of Fort Simcoe. Relander also talks about a job offer given to him by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, Department of the Army to work in Europe.
