Abstract
Relander comments to the Honorable Warren G. Magnuson, Senator, relating to recent developments with the Wanapums and the dam at Priest Rapids. He closes by saying that the Senator's bill looks very good and he and the Wanapums will support it if "it provides for points I have mentioned with no authority to an agency that is restrictive to the wishes of individual Indian yet concerned...."
