Abstract
In answer to a question from J. H. Gipson, president of The Caxton Printers, recipient, Relander says how he would like the artist attribution to be for the cover. He also clears up how future lithographs should be printed. Relander gives Gipson information on how the dam is progressing. He ends with "So it goes, everything far exceeding my limited views as expressed to you in the past."
