Abstract
Relander responds to Chapin Foster about a matter of regret, having to do with the Pioneers. Relander's plan to go to California cannot be changed. Relander contacted a Miss Anthon, who might be able to step in for Foster. Relander apologizes for failing him, and also gives him an update on how the Yakima Treaty Centennial booklet is coming.
