Abstract

Thanks sent to Chapin Foster, director of the State Historical Society, for his reply about the Sohon sketches. Relander agrees with what Foster said, and asks for more prints. He also tells him about a meeting he had with the Indian committee where he wasn't able to talk to Watson Totus, who wasn't present, about the Lewis and Clark sesquicentennial. Update on the Yakima Treaty booklet, and request not to forget photograph accreditation so Relander can get it published quickly.
