Two copies of a letter with updated information sent to E. D. Hemstreet, supervisor of the State Fish and Game Department on a roots festival, possibly held for the last time at the same historic spot where Smowhala religion was born. Relander had previously told Puck Hyah Toot the Fish and Game department would keep an eye out for venison or elk. Invitation is given to attend.
