Abstract
Response to Mrs. D. Kanda, at the Department of Licenses, clarifying the erroneous charges against him. Relander spent "considerable time checking records at the Yakima County Sherriff's office and at the courts in this vicinity," where only one infraction appears. He was also shown clear by the Yakima Agency. Harry Tomalawash was charged with other offenses, but not Johnny Tomalawash.
