Abstract

Another request for information on the voting down of the fishery law, this time sent to Attorney General Don Eastvold. Letter ends, "And may it be pointed out that it does not stand that these people being non-treaty people have no rights. Rather, it stands that they have extensive rights, since their rights were never extinguished by the Government of the United States as in the case of the treaty Indians."
