Abstract
Relander can't be of much assistance to Mrs. Emmett Avery, Archives Librarian at the State College of Washington. The turn of events at the dam makes it advisable to delay Drummers and Dreamers. He is still writing the last chapter, so it won't be issued quickly. He encloses a 12 page story he was contemplating publishing in the paper, that the recipient can use how she pleases, as regards religion. Relander shows interest in the recipient's project idea.
