Abstract
Relander starts by complimenting the recent CHAOS report written by Dr. Donald H. Clark, recipient. Due to long hours Relander is working with the Wanapums, he can't make it to hear a speaker he was invited to hear. He would be willing to do a story about them, as suggested, but only if they get a share of any revenue generated. He's been so busy with speech engagements he knows people aren't "adverse to listening to Indian woes." There might be good cannon hunting as the dam project unfolds.
