Abstract
Letter sent to Dr. Herman Deutsch at the State College of Washington. The Wanapums dispatched to Washington have gained a point. Mention of the proviso. Relander got a phone call to gather the Wanapums, got one available, and learned that the proviso was important to the contractors, and cleared up a number of issues. The Wanapums trust, and can be trusted in return, and their methods are working well, barring any surprises.
